UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS

The firmware can be upgraded through the web viewer and Wisenet Device Manager.
Please follow the instructions from the user manual.

Improvements and Changes
========================

- Changed the scenario to force to configure camera password first when registering factory default state cameras.

- Fixed not to change a camera's record profile when registering.

- Changed the boot logo image.

- Fixed an issue where certain log information is displayed as 'unknown' in firmware version 2.30 - 2.xx.

- Updated the Backup viewer version (v2.1.4.6_M190708)

- Fixed an issue where all channels are selected even if only 1, 2, 3, 4 channels are chosen in [Cam preset setup] of the Event submenu in firmware version 2.30 - 2.xx.

- Allowed forcing to register a camera that failed to connect when manually registering (it was not allowed in firmware version 2.30 - 2.xx)

- Fixed an issue where the text port value is initialized after system restarts in case the port is set other than 7001 - 7064 in [Device] > [Text].

- Restricted the text port range to 1024 - 65535 in [Device] > [Text].

- Corrected Japanses expression in HDD Maps dialog. 

- Added the batch configuration function of live/record/network profiles in the web viewer.

- Fixed an issue where the camera is turned off when POE power usage exceeds 140 W in 2.20 or later versions. (POE power specification: 200 W)

Improvements and Changes
========================

- Fixed an issue where frame movement was not possible when playing recorded video of NVR registered in SSM.

- Fixed an issue where PTZ functionality does not stop when controlling PTZ in the Wisenet mobile app.

- Fixed an issue where audio playback was lost when a SEC backup was made of a recorded video with a G.726 audio codec.

- Fixed that UDP port and HTTP port can be set to the same port number.

- Fixed an issue where an infinite waiting state occurs when entering the [PTZ] menu, after registering the NVR with a camera that has set the preset name to multi-byte (for example, 2 bytes of Korean and Chinese characters). 

- Fixed an issue where stop commands frequently occur when PTZ control is performed continuously.

- Fixed an issue of not receiving the camera event If [More Detail] > [authentication] is set to [Digest] when manually registering the Axis camera as the ONVIF protocol.

- Fixed an issue that recorded data isn't displayed when upgrading from previous version to 2.30.

- Fixed an issue where the recording performance and transmission speed of certain models are lower than the product specifications.

- Fixed an issue where the mouse cursor on the monitor doesn't disappear when the mouse connected to the set is removed.
